TMI and need advice

Tmi - but my man just fingered me with four fingers, usually this doesn't happen but it felt good so I went with it and then we had sex and there was a ridiculous amount of fluid coming out of me, looked really thick and white, but also clear because it was on the red sheets and a towel so it's hard to tell the color, is this my mucus plug? I know it doesn't mean labor or anything I'm just wondering if it's normal for that to happen after rough sex. Should I avoid rough sex? I know I'm already dilated to one and I'm 29 weeks
