My periods are horrible. I dread getting my period, the first day is the worst. It consists of crying, shaking, shivering, heat flashes, cold flashes (at times being hot and cold at the same time), spending hours on end pooping and vomitting at the same time (no exaggeration, waste comes out all my holes), the cramps feel like the devil is fucking me with a pitchfork. All of my friends get normal periods where they just get irritated and cramp up. I have to leave school or wherever I'm at when my period comes. It's horrible. And to top it all off, everything comes in waves/intervals. You shit and vomit your brains out, you clean up and everything's fine. But noo, five minutes later you gotta run back to the bathroom. When I get my period it's like I have a stomach virus or something. Is anyone else like this? Any tips?
