38+5 days preg

Its 1:30 am and im walking around the house, trying to figure out if this is IT. Is this REAL LABOR or not??? I am having lower back pain then it switches to my lower abdomen. Continuous contractions every 2 min..its getting harder to breath & walk! My BACK is KILLING me...also feel nauseous.

Does this sound like LABOR or could it be really bad BH contractions?

Also something clicks everytime I take a step..

Its been over an hour.

No loss of mucus plug & no water broke
