The pain is unbelievable right now. I'm curled up in a ball, shaking and crying. I'm considering going to the ER but I don't want to if there's something else I can try. I've taken a ton of ibuprofen but nothing is helping. I would try a hot bath but I can't even move. I can't find my heat pad. I don't know what to do and I'm freaking out. It seems worse than usual and I'm afraid something else might be wrong. My period is really heavy right now, but that's normal for me. I usually cramp a little but holy shit guys. This is intense.
