swollen lymph or glands in the neck

Hi i woke up yesterday morning with what i taught was a sort neck nerve or sometging like that but its realy painfull if i touch it the more i think about it the more it looks like a swollen gland or something like that only on the left side. I'm 36 weeks and i was wondering if it happen to any of you could it be pregnancy related ? I'm gonna call my doctor tomorrow but wanted to hear some of your thought.
