Orgasms?

I'm 20 and have had sex with 3 male partners so far. I occasionally masturbate(clitoral stimulation with a vibrator) and when I do, I always end up orgasming and squirting, even when my bladder is empty. But I have never squirted nor reached orgasm during sex with my partners, even though same amount of clitoral stimulation was there. I even tried using the same vibrator during sex but I haven't reached orgasm. What would be the problem?
