Pregnancy acne medications?

Hi ladies! I know I'm not the only one who is experiencing this awful skin. My entire forehead is covered in bumps and pimples. I've never had acne in my life. I'm 7w3d and it's just making me not want to even look at myself, let alone go to work. I work at a salon, so it's hard to feel pretty with this. Has anyone been prescribed anything for this? Like a topical medication? I'm seeing my ob for my first ultrasound on Thursday and was going to ask for somebody. Any input would be greatly appreciated!
