Scary night

So lately I've been saying I have had bad contractions all day.... Then they stop later at night.... Well yesterday after putting my 20m down, I had the sharpest pain in my lower stomach. Not a contraction but so bad I fell to my knees, and couldn't even speak. It lasted for what seemed 20mins when my hubby and I decided to go to the ER. He walked me down stairs. We called my in laws to stay with our little one. Then I got in the car and was like he is kicking, he is fine... Let's give it a few more mins to see if it subsides. It did.... I ended so tired and went to bed early with pain but tolerable. I called dr. But seems to be just random issue. I'm better today just tired. I'm 23 wks....
