Boy or girl?

I'm 10 weeks and a day and have my own pocket Doppler and the heart rate was reaching between 156-170bpm. Just curious to see what people's opinions are. I know you are not suppose to go off the old wives tail of 140. But I'm too anxious for August 9th.

Mine was wrong. Baby's heart rate has been high since first appointment; but he is in fact a boy! It'd be great if we could just go off of heart rate, wouldn't it?

First heart rate 178 at my first Dr vist. Second 160 and third 146. I find out next week what we are having.

My sons heart beat went from 174 @9w3d to 165 @ 12w3d , 160 @16w , and 150 @ 16w6d He was all over the place . The Day I found out the Gender he was 150 . And kicking me pretty Bad lol.

baby's heart rate changes so much especially around this time that you can't use that as a way to tell gender. sorry.
