Does the size of a Diaper bag matter

Do you really need to buy those big ol diaper bags? Or does any other size do the work? FTM . im having trouble looking for one and figuring out what size or what kind would help. And due date is in 2 more months.😭😓

Alot of pple say to get a big one cause of everything that the baby will need. So idk i wanted to know if you got a small diaper bag or backpack diaper bag. Or did any size helped you?

I'm a ftm also and decided to go with a backpack style bag - it's still a cute design and doesn't look like I'm going hiking, but I didn't want to deal with having a bag that can swing around/off my shoulders. It does come with a regular strap also.

I got one off of amazon and it was too small. Couldn't fit everything my little needs in it.

I'm getting a Vera Bradley diaper bag!! They are big(but not too big), durable, and easy to clean. It also helps that they are super cute too!♡♡

Ours is medium-sized I guess. I don't want a huge one to have to be dragging around while I'm tending to my baby. We don't know the sex yet, so we got something neutral. My husband is a mechanic so we got something dark colored and grease will just wipe right off of the fabric.

You do not need a huge bag! Keep a little box of extras in your vehicle. Big bags are not good for mama as it puts more strain on you.. babies dont "need" all the things some people think they do. Definitely don't just get a tiny bag, but it doesn't have to be gigantic :)  (and if you can, the backpack style bags are even better for you!)

On weekday I carry a small one. I only go out to dr app or out for dinner once in a while during the week. But on weekends I always carry a big one. My husband has a big family and we are always at the park or just out the whole day and you never know when you need something. I guess it just depends if your out a lot or home most of the time.

Big one are definitely the better choice. Because you have all the diapers you will need and baby wipes for the day when your out and about. Any extra clothes, bibs, burp cloth for any spitting ups, bottles whether you formula fees or use breast milk in a bottle.

I had a big diaper bag well medium size and it got to be a pain so I got this back pack bag and it's smaller but still fits two to three outfits his bottles wipes burp cloths and of course diapers and other stuff I also have room for my wallet and little stuff for me best switch I could have made alot easier to carry while carring baby

I always loved my huge diaper bag.   I always had 3 changes of clothing for baby a shirt for me blankets diapers wipes etc.  I am an over packer but love to be prepared.   And I have had days I went thru all 3 outfits from my son barfing after feeding.

If you tend to be near your car like just running little errands, you can keep a lot if stuff in your car and just take a few extras in a smaller bag. The bigger bag is good if you don't want to carry a separate purse and just put everything in 1 bag.
