If you met a man who is separated you started dating but after 4 years he still isn't divorced would you continue

I feel like I should call it quits he feels like I know he's done that he wants a divorce that he loves me that we live together abs are working on a baby that I'm making her matter more than she should. She has said that she will never willing give him a divorce so he can marry me and make me happy but I feel like so what she doesn't do it willingly fight her and file. I feel like he will never divorce her they both moved on but are holding on to this marriage. .am I overreacting like he says?
