First month off bc!

I got off the beginning of June and trying for first baby! I don't know if my symptoms are because I got off the pill or  I could be Prego. I was on for 5 years, took 6 months off then just got back on in February for 4 months. Af is due July 2. Symptoms: nipple soreness that is constant. Some sore bbs at night. My gums have bled couple times in the morning while brushing teeth. Slight back pain. And on and off headaches. Anyone who's come off bc and got a BFP please help
