HOLY FUCK! I'm soooooo moody. My poor boyfriend catches hell because of my mood swings. It's weird because some months I can't even tell I'm PMSing, but once every 4 or 5 months, I'll have PMS so bad, I can't even stand me! Wanting to cry one minute, furious the next, and laughing all in 5 minutes time??? WTF? I feel like a mental person. Maybe I am. Idk. But the majority of the time when I have PMS like this, I just wanna cry. It's all i can do to get out of bed :( And I NEVER cry. Any advice??? HELP!
