Period and exercise
I'm looking for advice on the best pads to use when exercising. I just started intense training to lose weight, and realized I'm going to be experiencing the worst day of my period on the day I scheduled with my trainer. I always wear Always infinity on my period (which are amazing), and I don't really like to use tampons because they hurt me.
I usually just avoid exercising for the few days I have my period, but I can't this time. Does anyone have any advice on what brand of pad might be useful for me?
