Bleeding "26 weeks"

The next day I went and had it done, kept waiting till the next two days.. I called and the secretary said the urine sample was fine... But this doesn't explain why am I bleeding so I called my ob and told her everything and she said call the office and make an appointment today or tomorrow...but then I called the office they said they will call her but her answer was on Wednesday... I mean is she careless or am I over doing it! I just want to make sure my baby is fine..she didn't even tell me anything to reassure me
