Freaking out a little...

According to my lmp I'm only 5w 1 day, but according to when I ovulated and my hcg levels the doctors think I'm about 6 weeks.  I've had two mc back to back so they had me come in for an early ultrasound today and they could see the sac and the baby (fetal pole), and a little flicker but she said she couldn't see it strong enough to confirm a heartbeat/any cardiac activity.  I know this is normal on some level, but with my history I'm freaking out and just so worried.  I've been trying to be so positive and remember this is a new baby and a new story but today it's proving difficult.  Anyone else have a similar experience? Or any tips on how not to go insane waiting for my next appointment.  Thanks so much.
