Could be good news?

Ok girls. I have gained a lot of weight with this pill BC. I have been on it for two years. I take it every night at nine. My doc told me we could just get implant back into my arm in July. Well, my husband and I had sex on the 22nd of this month and I stopped taking the pill and didn't take it last night. In trying to give my body time before I get the implant in July. Could I be prego if I don't take no more pills???????????????
