Names & Interviews

I know this subject has been talked about many times before but I can't stress enough how important it is for parents to be more considerate when naming their children on the sake of them becoming adults one day and will be entering the work force. While I was waiting today for an interview I overheard the lady in charge of hiring say she looks over and throw away resumes she comes across with names she can't pronounce and names that are not acceptable for the company. Do you think its wrong for companies to toss aside a resume just because the name is not acceptable to them even though that individual is qualifed for the job?
