Dress code advice?

I am moving to a new highschool that's in a small town in texas. Their dress code is pretty strict. The motto is "knees to neck", meaning that shirts can only be 3in from the collar bone, and bottoms can only be the width of a dollar above the knee. I normally dress in trend (crop tops, highwaisted shirts/jeans,sometimes even cleavage, ect) and have been able to stay within code by pairing the right things together, but this new dress code has kinda defeated me and I have no idea how I can dress the way I like and not get in trouble. Any ideas from you creative ladies?
