Dreading Nursery Set Up?

I live in a 2/2 home, and our second bedroom has been set up as an office/dog room for the last 2 years. I have about 4 bookcases worth of books in there and a giant desk. I've been putting of tackling the nursery because I have no clue what I'm going to do with all of this stuff. My husband and I don't want to get rid of our books, but we're quickly running out of space in our little bungalow.

Anyways... I feel so guilty that I'm not "nesting" normally. Is anyone else having hesitations when it comes to prepping your home for the baby? Am I just being super lazy and pathetic!?

We are leaving second room as office and storage. Crib and baby dresser are coming in our room for at least the first 6 mos to a year. My DH has about a million lbs of army gear in there that I ain't touching. And I work from home so taking down the desks isn't an option yet. Look on Pinterest for shared nursery ideas! It can be cute.

We left our second bedroom as a nursery/guest room for the first year. Baby stayed in our room until he was a year and once we moved him to the crib then we took out the guest bed. If you don't plan to have baby in their own room don't stress about it right now.

This makes me feel so much better. Lol. I had so much in the room and I've only got rid of about half of it so far. Still need to finish that, paint, want to redo the floors. Sometimes I'm in the mood to clean/throw shit out but lately I'm just in the mood to take a nap. I'm 25 weeks and it's gone by so fast already so I feel like I need to start making moves. 😳
