What is going on with my ovulation?

Ok so, last Sunday and Monday I had very positive opk tests....the most positive I have ever had. I was 2 weeks post mc and my hcg was down to 0 within days of my bleeding starting, so I know it's not leftover. I figured I would ovulate last week, but my bbt never shifted up to be biphasic. So then this afternoon I took an opk because I felt like my cm was becoming watery....and this was my result. Could I have had a LH surge last week, not ovulated, and now it's happening again??  This is so weird to me
