Unusual symptoms, could i be pregnant?

My husband and I had unprotected sex for the first time on the 19th and my body has been feeling strange ever since. The following evening, i had some dark bloody discharge which hasn't occurred since. I've been having cramps off and on, not like your usual menstrual cramps, I've been more tired than usual, and just in the last 2 days my breast have been tender, i have creamy discharge, and my feet have been swelling. My period is coming up but I've never experienced pms this early and like this. What do you think? Take a test? See a doctor?
