If you both cross a line, does it cross each other out?

I just started dating this guy. We have a lot of fun together and we have great sex, but I've probably argued/gotten mad at him more than anyone else I've been with. Did I mention awesome sex? Oh yeah. Anyway I felt like he was acting fishy so I went through his phone. I'm not proud of this, but I found him sending nudes to a girl he works with. I kind of want to break up with him because I don't want to be in a relationship with someone who thinks it's okay to do that. But technically he didn't cheat. And the only way I know this is because I violated his privacy. 
What should I do?

The best thing you can do, which I've done with my boyfriend of five years, is own up to your snooping. If you break up with him for sending nudes to someone else, and don't admit that you also made a mistake then you are more in the wrong than he is. 
THEN I think it's time to talk to him about the lay of the land... 
Talk about what you both want out of the relationship and make clear what is, and isn't, okay. 
Come to a mutual agreement that you will both accept each other's comfort zones and privacy. 
If he can't let go that you snooped (which everyone does at least once) but he thinks you're being a drama queen over HIS mistake?? Let his ass go girl because that is NOT a mutual understanding.

That basically is cheating !! Not being rude but probably should end it.. If he really liked you he wouldn't have done that. You had to go through his phone to find it, imagine if you didn't do it and it got more serious with the girl.  Even if the sex is great, there's other fish in the sea.
