Positive OPK, when should I BD?!

Hi everyone, so I finally got a positive OPK this morning, I done a clear blue test to make sure. Question is.. When and how much should I BD?!.. I should mention my husband works full time and he goes away on Thursday morning until Saturday morning. Thanks!!
