28weeks and baby doesn't move.

Back at 22wks pregnant my now ex. And I got into a real bad fight and I got hit in the stomach with a card table. I went to OBs for an emergency ultrasound and everything seemed fine, but since I can't feel my baby move. This is my 3rd baby and by now with my other 2 my belly was starting to look like an alien is inside it. It's so stressful cuz I only have appointments every 4weeks still so for 4wks I sit here wondering if when I get to the OBs my babies not going to have a heart beat. I don't understand why b4 22wks my baby was super active but now nothing. I'm so afraid my baby got hurt by that table and we won't know til birth.
