34 weeks and 2 days

I want to know can you go into labor at 34 weeks?! Yes I can go to the doctor I know but since I have a doctors app tomorrow I figure I can hold on! How can I tell if I'm going into labor early my cervix was hurting a bit in the morning and it hurts when I walk ive had a few cramps like period cramps and he's moved to my lower belly I can feel when he moves?! I can tell he's on my bladder like his head because he had hiccups! So what should I do ?
