Can i use cannisten internal cream 13 weeks pregnant

Hi as the tittle states can i use cannisten internal cream 13weeks pregnant, high risk?? I used it at 6 weeks but bit wary being further gone. I have had symptoms for two days and today very uncomfortable. I know i can use natural yogurt but im super uncomfortable and think cream is the only option. I cant take tablets as ive got severe chrohns disease. Any other natural remedies id be open to trying. Thanks very much.
