What was the first food you gave your baby?

Yesterday my daughter had her first taste of people food, vanilla ice cream. She seemed to like it a lot.
What was the first real food you gave your babies?

At 4 months old, we were in a restaurant and I was holding him and he grabbed a pickle off my plate and began sucking on it like it was the best thing ever. He's been eating pickles ever since-- he loves them! Lol

Pears. Oh my god this kid loves pears. I can't even introduce other foods. She tastes it and if it isn't pears she spits it out and gives me a look that makes me feel like I'm abusing her. She's like 'I know what you did.'

Carrots, then brocolli, califlower , peas. He loves brocolli and will pretty much eat anything offered to him. Xx

My dad shoved a pickle in my sons mouth at 4 months. He loved it. Then he actually started to eat food at 6 months I don't remember what that was.
