Twin toddlers and 9 weeks pregnant

I am having a mental breakdown I swear. I am getting really frustrated and tired and am at my whits end. I am so nauseous and fatigued and all day I have to deal with 2 maniacs running around destroying the place or making insane amounts of noise and the last two days I've just had it. I've pretty much been crying off and on for the past two days and I feel like I'm losing my mind 😓
