Pretty sure I just had a miscarriage :(

So last night I went to the washroom and there was brown blood. Today I went and it was the same. It is now 3:48pm and I just went and there was bright red blood and some blood clots. It also turned the toilet red. Still don't have any pain though. The boyfriend is at work so I have no way to go to emerg. When it was just the brown my family told me to wait it out until my doctors appointment on the 7th. I would of been 6 weeks today. What do you all think I should do?

UPDATE:

Went to the emergency room, they took blood and did an ultrasound. Nothing was seen in the ultrasound. And the blood work came back at hCG about 204, they want me back in on Thursday to do more blood work to see if the number goes up or down. They said it could be a threatened miscarriage. I am hoping that that is the case. Will know more Thursday.

So it was a miscarriage :(
