First pregnancy,I need some advices!

This is my first pregnancy, and I have been in U.S. for 4 years. Last week, it is my first prenatal visit. Nurse asked me some medical history,and gave me a lot of lab work to do. Then I went to see ob, she checked breast and Virginia,all good. She sent me to ultrasound,the tech measure the embryo as 6 week 1 day instead of 7 weeks.

So ladies, how long it takes to get all results back to you.especially,the ultrasound report.

And ladies,each time you see the ob,what kind of test you have to do.
