Hospital is wrong?

The first day of my last period was April 27th I had a period app that I followed. Any way I will be 9 weeks tomrrow but I went to the hospital(er) last Monday they told me I was only 6 weeks 4 days. 
They didn't do an internal exam, it was only on the belly. So could their measurements be off?  Even the sono lady said according to my last period  it should be measuring  differently.

This would also mean my morning sickness started at3 weeks??

I'm an ultrasound tech and I have compared measuments from tv and abdominal and the biggest difference I've ever seen was 1 day. I'd definitely say those measurements are accurate.

Iat my first appt i should have been 9 weeks i was actually 7+5 and the tech did a transvag and every appt since baby as measured correctly from the due date they gave me

It could be you ovulated later then you thought. Best to not stress and wait till you see your OB.

You likely ovulated later than you think you did. according to my last period I should be 18+2 but I'm only 15+2 because I ovulated later than normal.
