3 month old appropriate toys?

My baby is almost 3 months old but doesn't really play with anything he held his paci for like 10 secs the other day..or he just pulls my hair. when am I suppose to start buying him toys? What kind of toys does he need? I have a tummy time mat and a swing but that's it.. I'm not sure where to start? Or at what age they need things for entertainment?

i think the first toys i got my daughter were teether type toys they can hold on to and chew.. maybe little ratles and shakers.. ..they make cute teething necklaces (for the mom the wear) on etsy, i want to get one once mine is starting to grab things. (still pregnant though lol)

My LO is 11 weeks and she loves her playmat!  Kicks and hits the toys. They each do something different like squeak, raffle, or play a song. And there's a mirror that's Velcro so you can move it and she LOVES to look at herself in the mirror.
