Numb hands 😩

Anyone else experiencing numbness in your fingers and hands?? First started happening for me around 32 weeks along. Usually just happened after waking up but went away. Now it's constant all day. My dr says it is due to swelling in my hands and wrists. My hands are swollen but not massively. My dr said splinting helps but there is no way I can splint my wrists all day! Anyone know of a way to help it?
