Baby Schedule?

Does anyone have their baby on some kind of schedule? If so, would you mind sharing it? My girl has been pretty consistent with waking up around 7-7:30a, and sleeping for about a 6 hr stretch, which we are more than happy with!

Ruby was sleeping a good 5-5.5 hr stretch every night, then another 2-3 hr stretch, but now she's sleeping for only 3-4 hours the first stretch then 1-2 each time the rest of the night 😫. How did we go backwards?? 
I do pump the first time she wakes up and get about 4 oz. I haven't given her a bottle yet, just freezing it all right now. 
I bought the book becoming baby wise, but when do I find the time to read it?!

My daughters been sleeping 4-6 hours through the night too. I wake up engorged then wake her to nurse then I still can pump 4 oz.
She eats about every 3-4 hours.  If I have activities in the day to be at, or places to be I feed her 30 minutes before I have to leave so she sleeps in the car/while we travel.
We've been traveling the past week and she did great on the 5 hour drive, 5 hour airplane ride and 3 hour airplane ride.

Does anyone have a set schedule for when they feed, play, and put baby down to sleep/nap? We are just feeding every 3 hours from the time she wakes up (unless she gets hungry before) until the time we go to sleep. From what I've read/heard, it's good to eat, play, sleep. The problem for us is my girl usually wants to go back to sleep after she eats. She is 10weeks old, but I think she is sleepier than a full term 10wk old baby. I'm thinking maybe she is just too young still for a  (semi) strict schedule.
