I'm wondering....

Had a membrane sweep done yesterday morning, 3cm 70% effaced, no discharge or blood all day yesterday. Today I've been having a ton of mucusy discharge in my underware and when I'm wiping. It isn't my mucus plug as the doctor said that came out awhile go since I'm 3cm. Could this be a sign of labor coming soon?? Lots of pelvic pressure and contractions, just nothing regular yet.
