Labour!?!

I'm hoping this isn't false labour again. 
I've been up for past 3 hours and they are lasting a minute to a minute and a half. Coming every 6.30minutes to 10 minutes. I've never been in natural labour due to being induce as was high risk last time. 
The cramps really are low in my tummy and pressure in my bottom, bowels are empty as can get. Stomach goes rock hard too! Help!?!

I literally just got back from the hospital. I was there for the exact reasons and they're saying my contractions are 7-9 min apart. I got an IV because I was dehydrated and they sent me home. No joke, as soon as I got to the car my contractions picked up again. I'm laying in bed now with the same pain and contractions close again. I'm so over this! I was induced with my first so I don't know what to expect. They told me I literally shouldn't be able to talk through the city tractions. Ok like I want to wait that long and then drive 30 min to the hospital!! Ughh.. Sorry I'm tired and got poked for no reason. I hope this is the real thing for you!!!

I lost mucus plug 4 weeks ago. Had a bloody show one week ago. I've then had two false labors.
