Sent home 6-7 minutes apart with contractions but no dilation

I'm scheduled for a c section July 7 (39w+1 day) due to previous baby having to be a c section. This is also my 4th pregnancy. I started feeling period cramps last night that started happening again today. I was just monitored and told I was 6-7 minutes apart but very high and closed still and Dr orders were to go home. I do have to keep my appointment with him tomorrow I guess hell check me again. I be 38 weeks tomorrow and I'm just worried I won't make it till the 7 and wondering if maybe he'll schedule it sooner? Anyone go into labor before there scheduled c section?
