Alright guys. Time to destress.
After posting and posting, I guess I can finally tell myself to calm down. I talked to a person on the app named Samantha who comforted me with the knowledge that she's got a degree in biology. I know that I've posted about this and with my paranoia, I still cannot seem to find peace within the fact that I'm not pregnant. The little Evap line from the pregnancy test has cleared; the paranoia of it at least. I've convinced myself I don't need to take another pregnancy test and since I don't have the symptoms, I should fine. I believe I'm ovulating at the moment because when I wipe, it's a thick and egg-white substance. But sometimes I'll touch my stomach and it'll be hard. Maybe because I'm eating. Then I think of how accurate the first response test was on June 1st and then June 2nd. Which was 17 and 18 days after I had sex. It said negative.
So what can I do to destress so I won't delay another period?
