Nervous about hcg levels and spotting

Soooo i feel so much better and relieved since going to the er this morning. I have been having spotting when i wipe and it went from light pink to brown. 1st er visit (last tuesday) said potential hemorrhage and hcg levels were 9084 and i was 5 w 2d and u/s saw sac but no fetal pole. I went to my obgyn thursday to get another hcg test. Dr called yesterday and said my levels only went up by 200 and she was concerned about miscarriage. So When i woke up this morning when i wiped the blood was bright red and terrible cramps. Btw im 6w 4d. They did u/s and everything is perfect 😀😍😍🍼🍼 my fiance and i saw the flicker (heartbeat) and hcg levels were 33,000. Thank you jesus.
