Could I be in labor????? Please help

I've been having period like cramps for 2 hours now they come every 3-5 minutes and i can't lay down or sit for long. Tmi( I also have had been pooping all morning as well) i have my doctor today at 10 I'm so uncomfortable idk I'm nauseous as well my tummy is very tight as well

If you can time them relatively evenly (especially if they're that close together) then I'd say it's the real thing! Go on in!
