Cramps

I just turned 10wks and have been having cramping on one side. I have had an ultrasound to make sure baby was exactly where they should be. Baby was measured at 3days ahead of schedule. I had an appt two days ago and I heard the babies heartbeat. Tech said it was strong and fast. But this uncomfortable cramping is worrying me to death. It's on my left side and times I toss and turn trying to find relief. Anyone else having this issue?
