Does your pregnancy feel real yet?

pregnancy feel real yet?" /> I'm 6w5d I'm only tired and have nausea when I eat certain things. I have my first ultrasound at 7w6d. I think and hope it'll feel more real when I finally see the baby. Anyone else feel like this?

I had an ultrasound and heard the heartbeat today and still don't believe it!!!!

I think its going to be a lot more real when I have my ultrasound. We were trying but it was still unexpected, we didn't expect it to happen so quickly so I'm still in shock I think! I can't wait for my first ultrasound ❤

I had my first ultrasound yesterday and found out we are having twins.. We saw both of their heartbeats flickering.. I am in shock and it still doesn't feel real...Now I feel like I am in a waiting game for my next appointment and ultrasound to make sure they are okay
