I'm 12 weeks and my lower belly feels tender to the touch, like it's bruised. This is my second child, and I don't remember feeling this way when i was pregnant with him. Everything I read online says lower belly tenderness is not good, if accompanied by heavy cramping and bleeding. I'm not experiencing that. A little back pain, but that's it. Does anyone have any insight?
