Vitamin stuck in throat

Just wondering if anyone has had this issue and how you dealt with it. I took my prenatal vitamin last night with a small amount of water (in retrospect, too little) and woke up in the middle of the night with horrible lower esophageal pain. More water hasn't really helped - neither have tums, warm water, Zantac, etc. I know it will get better with time but was just looking for advice.
