Rant Time - Pet Peeves
Yeah, that's right. I created a "doomed" topic. Not saying my absolute favourite activity in the world is to complain, but it's pretty close to it. I'll start by saying that these are all just little pet peeves that have annoyed me probably more than twice. I made a list.
1. When someone knocks at the door multiple times as if it increases their chances of me giving a monkeys ass.
2. Alarm clocks. Yes it could be argued that they are supposed to be annoying because that's how you wake up all bright and cheery I'm sure. But alas I am too lazy, my own fault I suppose.
3. People who phone for the most pointless reasons. I'm 19 so I still live in my parents house...for now. But my Mom tends to ask me when she can phone if she's out because others are always there kinda first. Now this isn't a problem but like she always asks this, I'd say every 10 minutes, well you get my point.
4. When people repeat themselves without being asked to. It really annoys me when someone just continues to talk, and their story goes round in circles and thy don't let you comment on literally anything. It doesn't make me go totally insane but jeez have respect for the other person talking!
5. Finally, when someone takes something so seriously that they say something stupid like oh I'm going to die or I can't live anymore, you know something overly dramatic. In reality the problem is honestly so small that if they just attempted to deal with it then it would be solved instantly. I'm not talking about family members dying or any serious stuff like that because trust me, been there and worn the tee shirt. I'm talking for example, about small time relationships where people break up and call each other worthless and that they need to go die. Or go fuck theirselves.
