Teenager or an Adult?

So there's a post on here about a 14 year girl being involved with a 19 year old guy. Some people are arguing saying its just Two horny teenagers while others argue that its sickening for a 19 year old adult to be dating a 14 year old. My question for you guys is do you consider a 19 year old to be adult or just a teenager?
