So I stopped taking birth control last month, and for the first time in 10 years I'm letting my body do its thing because hubby and I are TTC. 😊 my AF is due sometime around July 2-3 (but I'm not sure how long my natural cycle actually is) and for the last week or so I've been having crazy, vivid nightmares and tossing and turning all night. 😭 I haven't had a bfp yet, so I'm trying not to jump to any conclusions... But has anyone else every experienced similar symptoms? I'm just dying for a good nights sleep!! 👹 thanks in advance for your help! 🌙
