Blood in breast milk

This is a little gross but I need help. I noticed this morning my nipples were bleeding after I pumped and my milk looked a little pink. Is it still safe for my son to drink? And how do I get it to stop? I used nipple cream the hospital gave me but I just pumped again and blood came out again.
