Stomach turning...tmi!

I've seen posts about having to go to the washroom a lot lately with the poops, but I can't remember what the outcomes we're. The past couple days it has not stopped, I get cramps then when I go I feel much better.. should I just wait this thing out or is there something I can ease this to go away?. I feel icky lol. Aaand why is this happening.. lol
